To our valued clients and our local community

As the world deals with this COVID-19 as best it can, we wanted to let everyone know that we have been deemed an essential service and we are still open for business. If you have any plumbing, heating or cooling needs or issues, do not hesitate to contact us. We are open for regular business hours and to assist you in this time.

We wanted to take a moment to talk about COVID-19 and what precautionary measures we are taking during this time, for both you and your family's safety, and the safety of our technicians and their families as well. We understand that your plumbing, heating and cooling needs will not stop due to this virus, and the Neil Slattery Team is prepared to help! Our Technicians are equipped with gloves, shoe covers, masks, and sanitary wipes, and we will be wiping down work areas before use and after, as well as tools and other equipment being used. Our office and facility is being cleaned on a regular basis as well and we are limiting our office to no more than 5 people at any given time. If need be, our office staff can and will be able to work remotely from home, with our technicians dispatching from home as well. We will continue to serve you, our valued clients, throughout this ordeal as effectively as possible.

We are keeping track of this situation very closely and remain driven to provide our clients with the best service possible, no matter the circumstances. As of now, we are open for our regular business hours, so feel free to give our office a call at 732-223-8320 to set up an appointment, or visit our website for more information.

We know that this is a trying time and want to help you through it as best we can. If you have an appointment scheduled or schedule an appoint in the coming weeks, please inform our office if you or anyone in your home is showing symptoms of COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms and we will reschedule your appointment if necessary.
